We connect clients with skilled urban planning, architecture, and engineering volunteers, managing equity-oriented projects from funding to implementation while facilitating conceptual design services through core grants, initiatives, and technical assistance.

We educate our clients through a collaborative design process, local youth with urban planning workshops, and our community through lectures on timely industry topics.
WE EMPOWER
We empower organizations to implement projects through pro-bono design services, youth to pursue urban planning careers through our academic pipeline program, and enable communities to collaborate with design professionals to support equitable development.
